Developing telecommunications infrastructure for various projects, including the Ministry of Housing initiatives such as East Sitra housing and the Mobile Data Service Unmanaged (MDSU), to enhance connectivity for mobile towers. Additionally, created a project progress dashboard to track and manage developments, displaying key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure metrics remain within established targets and standards.
Emphasizing the growth of fiber optic coverage in Bahrain, which climbed from 96.5% to 98.5%, was a key factor in achieving this milestone.
